Compact In-Line Electric Actuators
The latest addition to the Vipa product portfolio is the Concens range of Compact In-Line Electric Actuators. These unique linear actuators are characterised by their compact design, high precision and excellent reliability. The range includes stainless steel versions offering a waterproof construction, ideal for harsh environments. Suited to many different types of applications, but particularly industries such as Food & Beverage, Marine, Medical, Textile and Automotive.
Excellent Electric Actuators
The range currently consists of two mains sizes of electric actuators, the con35 and con50. The numbers 35 and 50 signify the main tube diameter millimeters. A long life permanent magnet DC motor and compact planetary geartrain are integrated into each actuator, providing high maximum load capabilities and excellent positioning resolution.
Control Solutions Made Simple
The C2-04 and C2-15 controllers offer a robust and simple control package, ideal for cost sensitive applications. Features include ramps, current limit and dynamic braking. The C2-20 controller uses hall effect devices to allow accurate positioning. This digital controller can be programmed via Concen‘s user friendly set-up software. The C3 control concept consists of a battery operated handset, offering complete free movement.
Concens The Company
Located in Esbjerg Denmark, Concens was founded in 2003, although the initial product concept was first developed in the early 1990s. Their Danish headquarters are responsible for product development, manufacturing and quality assurance, withthe product supported through a comprehensive global network.
